Refunds, without the nonsense.

The short version

Digital products are delivered straight away.

Because CMB products are digital and available immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for change-of-mind purchases once your download has been made available.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing to make sure it is right for you.

If something is not right

We will sort genuine access or product issues.

If you cannot access your download, receive the wrong file, find that a file is corrupted, or believe a product does not match its description, please email us at contact@caffeinatedmumboss.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• The email address used at checkout
• A short description of the issue, plus a screenshot if useful

We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore access, provide a replacement file, or offer another remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

Things we cannot refund for.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Purchasing the wrong product
• Deciding a product is not right for your circumstances after it has been accessed
• Not using or completing the resource
• Download or compatibility issues caused by your own device, software or internet connection, where the product has been supplied as described

Duplicate orders

Accidentally bought it twice?

It happens. If you accidentally purchase the same CMB product twice, contact us within 7 days with both order numbers. We will review the order and, where appropriate, refund the duplicate transaction.

Approved refunds

How refunds are processed.

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take several business days to process and display the refund.
